Cheap Color Copies / Printing
Someone once said life is a series of compromises, but you don't need to sacrifice on quality color printing to stay within your budget. Cheap color copies don't have to look cheap. New technology has brought the cost of color printing down a lot in the last decade or so. All of our copies are printed directly from your PDF file, so every sheet is an original. You won't get the washed-out amateur look of making copies of copies on an outdated photocopier. We use flagship models of digital printers and finishing equipment from our suppliers to ensure you always get gorgeous, professional-grade print products that represent us as much as it represents you.
Cost vs. Quality: You may want to start by checking out our detailed paper descriptions. While our least expensive copies can be produced on our 20/50# white laser bond paper, we always suggest increasing the weight of the paper for a better print image if it's in your budget. If you're printing double sided, heavier paper eliminates the annoyance of one side's print being visible on the other side – a major design faux pas! A good cost-vs-quality paper is the 28/70# laser white smooth - heavy enough to give your audience the assurance of high quality and professionalism, but cheap enough to keep your budget boat afloat.
Make It Pretty: For graphically-rich content, gloss always looks better. Try our 32/80# glossy text paper, or go even heavier with the 100# glossy text. These semi-glossy papers are common for brochures, books, booklets, pamphlets, flyers and posters. Make those photos pop with some gloss.
Make sure to send us high-resolution graphics (300dpi is good) and staying on-par with our other best practices. Review our File Setup Help section to get an in depth look at how your files should be setup for best print quality.
